Adherence to Guidelines
This detailed policy is designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and legally compliant environment for content creators, subscribers, and general users of the platform. All users are encouraged to familiarize themselves with these guidelines to help foster a positive community experience.

The platform retains the right to update these policies as needed to align with evolving laws and community requirements.

Prohibited Content

  1. Illegal Activities: Any content that promotes or facilitates activities prohibited under Indian law, including terrorism, drug trafficking, human trafficking, illegal weapons, or other criminal acts, is not allowed.

  2. Hate Speech and Discrimination: Content that incites hatred, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, religion, caste, gender, sexual orientation, or national origin is strictly forbidden. Derogatory language, slurs, and supremacist ideologies are completely prohibited.

  3. Explicit Sexual Content: Content featuring graphic sexual acts, nudity, or pornography is not permitted. This includes any content related to prostitution, sex work, solicitation, or promoting sexual services, as well as non-consensual intimate imagery and sexually explicit content involving minors.

  4. Violence and Gore: Graphic depictions of violence, extreme gore, and the glorification of violent acts are not allowed. This includes real-life violence, simulated violence, or any excessively disturbing content.

  5. Copyright Infringement: Users must respect intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use or distribution of copyrighted materials, including text, images, videos, and music, is strictly prohibited.

  6. Misinformation and Fake News: Spreading false or misleading information, including conspiracy theories and deceptive content, is prohibited. Users must fact-check their content and ensure accuracy.

Other Prohibited Activities
The sale, promotion, or discussion of the following activities is strictly forbidden on the platform:

  • Alcohol and Tobacco: Promotion of alcohol and tobacco products, including any form of content that could be seen as promotional, is not allowed.

  • Finance and Cryptocurrency: Offering financial advice or engaging in the sale of cryptocurrencies without proper licensing is prohibited.

  • Money Laundering: Activities that may facilitate money laundering are strictly forbidden.

  • Raffles and Gambling: Participation in any form of gambling, including lotteries or betting, is not permitted.

  • Sale of Edibles or Consumables: Promotion or sale of any food items or consumables is not allowed.

  • Multi-Level Marketing: Any form of pyramid schemes or chain referral systems is prohibited.

  • Weapons and Explosives: The sale or promotion of weapons and explosives is strictly forbidden.

  • Drugs and Medications: Promotion of illegal drugs, medications, or any substances claiming health benefits is not allowed.

  • Witchcraft and Occult Practices: Content that promotes or glorifies witchcraft or occult practices is not permitted.

Intellectual Property
Users must obtain necessary permissions before using copyrighted or trademarked materials. The fair use doctrine may apply for criticism, commentary, or research, but legal advice should be sought if uncertain.

Privacy and Data Protection
Creators must comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, including obtaining explicit user consent for data collection and implementing security measures. Users should read the privacy policy to understand data handling practices.

User Behaviour

  • Respectful Communication: Users are encouraged to communicate respectfully, avoiding abuse or harassment.

  • No Harassment or Bullying: Any intimidating or threatening behavior is strictly prohibited.

  • Spam and Fraud: Deceptive practices, phishing, and false advertising aimed at misleading users are not allowed.

Content Creator Responsibilities
Creators must provide accurate content descriptions, adhere to platform policies, and disclose any sponsored content clearly.

Subscriber Interactions
Subscribers should engage constructively and respectfully, avoiding spam and respecting privacy. Reporting mechanisms will be available for users to report violations confidentially.

Moderation, Penalty, and Enforcement
The platform employs both automated systems and human moderators to review content for policy compliance, with a commitment to timely actions.

Graduated Response to Violations:
Violations will be assessed for severity, leading to a system of escalating consequences, from warnings to account termination for severe breaches.

Appeal Procedures:
Users can appeal moderation decisions within 7 days, with a clear process communicated. Account terminations can be appealed after one year.

Data Security
In the event of a data breach, users will be notified within 72 hours as per legal requirements.

Transparency
